Reyna's Tortilla Chip Factory
Reyna's Tortilla Chips made fresh in SW Pennsylvania
Reyna's tortilla chip factory, located in Cadogan, PA, produces blue, white, red and yellow corn tortilla chips. We cook and grind the corn using the "nixtamal" method. The "nixtamal" method is the process in which the corn is soaked and cooked in an alkaline solution, usually lime water, and hulled. The cooked corn is then ground into a masa (dough). Then the masa is flattened and cut into triangles. Then the triangles are baked. The baked triangles are then fried into our famous tortilla chips.
Reyna's supply supermarkets, food service distributors and restaurants with our chips. We also provide restaurants with un-fried tortilla triangles so they can fry them fresh when ordered.
Reyna's packages the chips under our own "Mejico" brand label, under our own "Black and Gold" label and in bulk for restaurants and parties.
For your next tailgate party, be sure to pick up plenty of the "Black and Gold" chips, along with a few tubs of Reyna's homemade salsa and guacamole.
Look for Reyna's chips on your local grocers shelves and in our store in the Strip.
